*Saddle Purchase Policy Terms*

If the saddle does not fit either the horse or rider it can be returned (at customer’s expense) to Ace Tack & Outfitters for an exchange only, this must be sent back to us with a detailed note within 24 hours of receiving the saddle, also please call the store to let us know that we can expect it in the mail. Saddle must be returned in new, mint condition. Ace Tack is NOT responsible for any damages caused by shipping from customer; Therefore saddles should be insured by customer for return. Customer will pay the difference on exchange and pay the shipping for the replacement saddle. If exchanging for a lesser priced saddle, a 7% restocking fee will be applied to the refunded price difference.

Our trained staff is also available to do a saddle fitting on your horse at any time. Please call for an appointment. There is plenty of parking for your trailer.
